Ashley Hardcastle

Owner & Registered Massage Therapist

Neuromuscular Therapy | Trigger Point & Myofascial Release | Advanced Myofascial Cupping | Oncology | Prenatal
Ashley has been practicing since 2006, trained in Ontario, Canada where Registered Massage Therapy is a regulated health profession held to a high clinical standard.
Her focus is neuromuscular therapy, identifying and treating the chronic pain patterns and movement dysfunctions that stop people doing what they love. Using trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and advanced myofascial cupping, her treatments are precise, clinically driven, and built around getting results. She completed additional training in Registered Practical Nursing, which deepens her understanding of complex and medically sensitive cases, particularly in oncology care.
Ashley is a lifelong athlete, soccer and running among many others, and brings that lived understanding to every patient who is sidelined, frustrated, or simply determined to keep moving well as they age.
Patient care, to Ashley, goes beyond the treatment itself. Understanding where someone is in their recovery, their training, or their life is part of delivering treatment that actually works.
Cayman Massage & Wellness is built on the expertise of its whole team, and Ashley is proud of what they have built together.
Elaine is a Registered Massage Therapist and Neuromuscular Therapist from Ireland with 19 years of clinical experience. She has been practicing in the Cayman Islands since 2014.
She specialises in neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, orthopaedic and sports massage, and Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) to improve mobility and functional movement.
Elaine has completed advanced training in oncology massage, advanced prenatal massage, and neurological-informed care, including working with clients living with Parkinson’s disease. She works with athletes, active individuals, and office-based professionals managing postural strain, as well as clients recovering from injury or chronic pain.
Elaine uses precise, hands-on techniques to reduce acute and chronic pain, improve mobility and flexibility, correct movement imbalances, support injury recovery, and enhance nervous system regulation.
With additional training in Pilates matwork and a strong interest in breath mechanics and thoracic mobility, she brings a movement-informed perspective to every session.
Michalina is a Canadian physiotherapist with ten years of experience in private musculoskeletal practice. She has helped thousands of patients, from those recovering from surgery or sports injuries, to people managing the everyday toll of poor posture and repetitive strain. Her approach is hands-on and collaborative: manual therapy, targeted exercise, and clear education so patients understand what's happening and why. Michalina also specialises in vestibular rehabilitation for patients experiencing vertigo and dizziness, a complex area where her precision and patience make a real difference.

Valerie Roth

Acupuncturist (TCM) Traditional Chinese Medicine | Natural Health & Wellness | Cosmetic Acupuncture | Women's Health | Hormonal Support
With over ten years of experience as a medical assistant, Valerie has become familiar with the strengths of Western medicine. However, she often lacked a holistic approach to the human being, which considers body, mind, and spirit as a unit. Valerie found this approach through Traditional Chinese Medicine. Since her training, Valerie has been able to systematically combine Eastern and Western knowledge and thus respond individually to the needs of her patients.
Through her family's work in the airline industry, she was exposed to different cultures and ways of life at an early age. This openness is reflected in her work: Valerie treats everyone with respect and without judgment.
Her goal is to accompany you on your path to greater well-being and balance - with expertise, empathy and a holistic perspective.
"Humans have no measure of their own for life — they follow the changes of nature, like a leaf floating on water. Those who adapt to the flow of life remain in balance."
— Zhuangzi
